Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a maintenance technician to ensure that the property's physical areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality. You will handle work orders, prep vacants, manage materials, and document tasks for tracking.

EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required; on-call duties may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include housing discounts and a broad package of employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per safety standards and code requirements.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including inspections and punch list tasks.
• Accesses and obtains materials from the property maintenance dept; tracks usage and notifies re-ordering needs.
• Documents and files service requests for proper documentation and tracking.
• Maintains grounds and amenities, including cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs and signage.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing instead of replacing parts where feasible.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property

State and Local certifications as required
