Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical standards of our communities in Georgia. You will diagnose and repair building systems, perform make-readies for vacant units, and maintain common areas per safety policies.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification required.
• All state and local certifications required.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf carts on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant homes including inspections and punch lists.
• Access materials and equipment by following inventory procedures and notifying for reorders.
• Document work orders accurately for tracking and records.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.
