Titan Corp in California is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities and support residents with high-quality upkeep. You will perform preventive maintenance, handle repairs, and assist with safety checks, keeping common areas, amenities, and equipment in top condition.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift heavy loads, and reliable transportation. A strong customer-service mindset helps you communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Must be CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) certified.
• EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certified.
• Must be CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certified.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service requests within 24 hours.
• Keep maintenance shop clean and orderly.
• Conduct light inspections and bulb replacements.
• Assist Community Director with special projects.
• Provide excellent resident service and respond to concerns.
