Job summary

EPT Integrity Asset Management LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of our community and ensure a clean, safe living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The role includes performing routine maintenance, addressing work orders, and supporting safety standards across facilities.

Ideal candidates bring a High School diploma or GED, 3 years of property maintenance experience, and hold CAMT/CPO certificates where possible.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three years of property maintenance experience preferred.
• Certifications CAMT and CPO encouraged but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical integrity of the community and ensure a clean, safe living environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and common areas.
• Respond to work orders promptly and document actions and outcomes.
• Improve safety by mitigating hazards and following EPA/OSHA guidelines.
