Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the community's physical integrity and living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The role includes responding to on-call needs, completing work orders, and performing routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.

Responsibilities emphasize safety, timely updates to supervisors, and collaboration with the Investment Manager and maintenance team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three years of property maintenance experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical property and living environments for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Complete work orders and routine maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, grounds).
• Inspect and repair safety hazards and ensure site cleanliness and safety standards.
