Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the efficient operation of property buildings and grounds and to support on-site teams. This role includes preparing vacant units for occupancy and ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities include daily repairs, inventory management, tool readiness, and adherence to OSHA standards. Candidates should have HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge with handyman experience; on-site Las Vegas

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or handyman work.
• Ability to read and follow written or oral instructions.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property and vacant unit preparation.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand and in good condition.
• Report unusual or extraordinary conditions regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform as required.
• Operate in line with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be available for on-call responses and secure maintenance shops at close.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle lock-outs and provide 24-hour service to requests.
