Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair building systems, fixtures, and grounds at an on-site property. The role requires diagnosing defects, completing work orders, and ensuring safety standards are met across the property.

Responsibilities include make-ready tasks for new move-ins, inventory control, documentation, and collaboration with vendors. The position supports cost-control measures and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recovery certifications are required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Access materials and manage inventory, tracking usage and reordering supplies.
• Document service requests accurately and completely for record-keeping.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
