Job summary

Holland Partner Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the True North community in Seattle, WA. You will perform diversified maintenance duties to keep units and common areas up to standards for safety, cleanliness and functionality.

The role requires English fluency, at least one year in property maintenance, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proficiency in basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical tasks. Competitive hourly pay with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• English literacy required for safety and productivity.
• One year of property management maintenance experience preferred (six months with Holland acceptable).
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and safe work practices.
• Mathematical functions at basic to intermediate level.
• Stamina to stand/walk with bending, lifting and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition and general upkeep of the property.
• Paint vacant units to rent-ready condition.
• Maintain common areas, models, and offices per schedule.
• Turn units and complete service requests per standards.
• Follow preventative maintenance programs to minimize emergencies.
• Maintain safety programs and conduct safety inspections.
• Adhere to safety programs and guidelines.
• Assist in safety inspections.
• Provide excellent resident and coworker service.
