Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; English reading/writing/speaking required for safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property condition per safety standards and company guidelines.
• Paint vacant units to rent-ready condition per Holland standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs and unit turns as scheduled.
