Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma or GED required; higher education offset possible with experience.
• Preferred certifications: HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing depending on property.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs, cleaning, and replacements.
• Handle plumbing repairs, installations, and part replacements (sinks, toilets, faucets).
• Do carpentry tasks: repairs/installation of doors, shelves, countertops, locks; painting and finish work.
