Holland Residential LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Associate in Bellevue, WA. You will paint vacant units to rent-ready condition and maintain common areas per Holland standards, while ensuring safety and quality in every task.

Responsibilities include completing unit turns on a weekly schedule, handling work orders, and following preventative maintenance procedures. The role requires English fluency and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with on-site work and possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English for safety and productivity.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Mobility to work in confined spaces and use ladders.

Responsibilities

• Paint vacant units to rent-ready condition per Holland standards.
• Maintain common areas, models and office areas per touch-up schedule.
• Manage supplies and tools to support unit turns.
• Complete service requests quickly and accurately per Holland standards.
• Follow preventative maintenance programs to minimize emergencies.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and training completed.
• Maintain professional relations with residents and coworkers.
• Represent Holland Partner Group in a professional manner.
