• Keep common areas, models, and offices up-to-date and touch-up as scheduled.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools for unit turns.
• Complete unit turns and service requests on schedule and accurately.
• Follow preventative maintenance programs to minimize emergencies.
• Ensure safety procedures and guidelines are followed.
• Provide excellent resident and coworker service and teamwork.
