Job summary

Home Leasing is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to oversee all work required to keep the community's physical assets in good working order, with responsibilities including grounds, buildings, and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform all necessary maintenance and cleaning on all grounds, parking lots, apartments, office, laundry facilities, community restrooms and common areas.
• Implement the Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
• Maintain records as required.
• Remove trash as required.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of janitorial/sanitation supply.
• Report building damage and vandalism, unusual circumstances and conditions, and other related incidents in writing to the Community Leader.
• Monitor site lighting and report problems.
