Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on apartments, common areas and parking lots.
• Implement the Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
• Prepare reports based on inspections and summarize operations.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles and buildings.
• Provide on-call coverage for emergencies.
• Prepare apartments during turnover.
• Complete resident service requests.
• Perform snow removal.
• Inspect parking lots for oil spills, unauthorized vehicles and dumpster areas.
• Report damage, vandalism and incidents in writing.
• Monitor site lighting and report problems.
• Respond to lockouts and disturbances.
• Maintain records as required.
