Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to provide exceptional service to residents and support to the Maintenance Supervisor. The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs, and includes turnover and preventive maintenance responsibilities while promoting safety and efficiency on site.

You will work under the Property Manager and have opportunities for advancement to Maintenance Supervisor based on performance.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• EPA certification preferred; certification must be obtained within 90 days if required by property.
• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and related systems.
• Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
