Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled, reliable service to residents under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. The role requires performing repairs in plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and appliances, and managing apartment turnovers.

You will maintain common areas, monitor exterior property conditions, participate in preventive maintenance, keep tools inventoried, and remain on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and turnover checklist.
• Common area maintenance: cleaning, sweeping, mopping, trash, windows.
• Monitor exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly; observe safety rules.
• Be available for on-call hours as required.
