Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of our properties and support occupancy readiness. This role requires hands-on maintenance, tool handling, and strong safety awareness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include daily repairs, inventory management, and on-call responsiveness, with a competitive hourly rate and full-time benefits in Utah. HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge are preferred for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Operate hand tools including power tools.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily repair and upkeep of property and prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain and manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand and maintained.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Uphold professional appearance and property uniform standards.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure maintenance shops at end of shift.
• Remove snow and ice as needed.
• Handle lock-outs due to evictions and provide 24-hour service response.
