Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the efficient operation of property buildings and grounds. Responsibilities include daily repairs, unit turnover, inventory control, and adherence to safety policies.

The role requires experience in property maintenance/handyman work, ability to use hand and power tools, and reliable, proactive problem solving. On-call availability and attention to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience required.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Effective communication and ability to follow written/oral instructions.
• Awareness of OSHA standards and safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Repair and upkeep of the property and vacant units.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances to management.
• Maintain professional appearance and property uniform.
• Operate within OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Be available for on-call work and 24-hour service requests.
• Secure maintenance shops at close of day.
• Assist with snow/ice removal as needed.
• Handle lock-outs after evictions and respond promptly to service requests.
