Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property operations in American Fork, UT. You will perform repairs, assist with vacant unit turnover, and help maintain common areas.

The role requires hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with familiarity with safety policies. You will operate hand and power tools, work an on-call rotation, and contribute to a secure, well-maintained living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or handyman roles.
• Ability to read and follow written or oral instructions.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Comfort using various hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repairs and upkeep of property and vacant unit prep.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure tools are on hand and shop is orderly.
• Respond to service requests, including after-hours emergencies.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Secure maintenance areas at end of shift.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.
• Be available for on-call rotation.
