Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep and vacant unit readiness. You will perform daily repairs, keep tools and supplies stocked, and work within safety standards. On-call availability is required, with responsive service to eviction-related issues.

Competenze

• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Apply common sense to follow written or oral instructions.

Mansioni

• Repair and upkeep of the property and vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniforms.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be available for on-call work.
• Secure maintenance shops at close of day.
• Remove snow and ice as needed.
• Handle eviction-related lock-outs with 24-hour response.
