Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep property buildings and grounds in safe, efficient condition. You will perform daily repairs, prep vacant units, and coordinate with residents and supervisors to meet maintenance standards.

This full-time onsite role requires experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general handyman tasks, plus the ability to use power and hand tools. On-call availability and adherence to OSHA standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience required.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and vacant unit prep.
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand and report unusual situations.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis and secure maintenance shops at close.
• Handle snow/ice removal and respond to 24-hour service requests.
