Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to operate independently across multiple trades, completing service requests, preventative maintenance, and full turns with high standards. The role contributes to safe, well-maintained properties and resident satisfaction.

The position requires 2+ years of maintenance experience and intermediate trade skills across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. EPA/CPO certifications are preferred and strong safety practices are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Intermediate-level skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
