Job summary

Trinity Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general inspections, repairs, and pool care across properties. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, ensuring timely completion of service requests and quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have strong maintenance skills, a focus on safety, and the ability to communicate with residents and team members. On-call duties and travel to other properties may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of residential property maintenance or equivalent experience required
• HVAC, EPA, OSHA Certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests within 48 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical systems, and building components.
• Respond to emergency calls within fifteen minutes when on-call.
• Ensure turns are completed on time and maintain curb appeal.
