Job summary

Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician in Billings, Montana. This role includes performing grounds maintenance, repairs, and janitorial tasks while demonstrating exceptional customer service. Candidates should have technical expertise in building trades and a minimum of two years of maintenance experience.

The position requires being part of an on-site team and maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment, reporting directly to the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more in skilled maintenance work required.
• Ability to operate snow removal equipment.
• Experience in a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on the property including painting and carpentry.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain grounds including lawns and flowerbeds.

Skills

Technical expertise in building trades

Ability to follow instructions

Basic math skills

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects

Education

High School degree or equivalent

Technical training or experience in building trade
