Job summary

Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to support four properties across multiple sites.

The role focuses on grounds cleanup, preventative maintenance, repairs, and apartment turnovers for 52 units, with an on-site team reporting to the Property Manager. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and technical training in a building trades, plus at least two years of skilled maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical training in building trades.
• Minimum of two years in skilled maintenance work.
• Ability to operate power tools and basic maintenance equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders timely and accurately with documentation.
• Perform repairs including painting, carpentry, minor plumbing/electrical.
• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas including lawns and beds.
• Assist with unit turnovers and bed bug treatments as directed.
• Utilize Yardi maintenance/work order system for recording work.
• Follow safety policies and adhere to fair housing regulations.
