RPM Living in Nashville is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle interior and exterior upkeep, make-ready units, and keep common areas clean and safe.

You will operate power washers, floor scrubbers, and other tools, perform grounds work, basic landscaping, pool care, and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties and maintain common areas.
• Complete grounds work including trash removal and power washing.
• Clean breezeways and maintain doors/handrails.
• Assist in make-ready units and trash outs.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely.
• Assist in pool maintenance and basic pool care.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance requests.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Repair and maintain aesthetics and safety; address damages promptly.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies.
