HSL Asset Management LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Goodyear, AZ communities. This role leads the maintenance team to ensure safety, upkeep, and high standards across properties, while proactively addressing issues and coordinating routine repairs.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, maintenance expertise, and a collaborative mindset. A 40-hour week with on-call duties supports resident satisfaction and community operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certificate preferred.
• 3–5 years in apartment or building maintenance or related fields.
• EPA Refrigeration certification required (Type 2 + core).
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening will be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff, prioritizing safety and quality.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks and on-call coverage.
• Ensure apartments are refurbished and ready for resident occupancy.
• Perform and delegate maintenance tasks; inspect work for quality.
• Maintain safety meetings and keep documentation updated.
• Manage tools, inventory, and relationships with vendors and contractors.
