Ultipro is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader in Boulder, CO. This full‑time, non‑exempt role focuses on protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the community while ensuring residents’ living experience is optimal.

The position requires 3–5 years of maintenance or property management experience, physical ability to lift 75 lbs, and weekend/on-call availability. Benefits include health, vision, dental, and more.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail are required.
• Basic maintenance skills are a must.
• Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance is required.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property grounds, buildings, and common areas are clean and well maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of clubhouse and common areas.
• Prepare apartment turnovers and address issues with maintenance or curb appeal as needed.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
• Attend required training sessions and adhere to all policies.
