Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to protect, maintain and enhance the value of our community while maximizing the living experience for residents. This full-time, non-exempt role ensures that all resident maintenance issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

You will supervise routine upkeep, coordinate basic repairs, maintain clubhouse and common areas, respond to emergencies, and support turnover projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience; property management is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Basic maintenance skills and ability to perform physical tasks.
• Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional curb appeal by maintaining grounds and buildings.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, tidy clubhouse, office, model, hallways, and common areas.
• Keep property free of trash and animal waste; maintain landscaping.
• Prepare apartments for new resident move-ins and assist turnovers.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Attend required in-service trainings and adhere to policies.
