Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Boulder Crossroads community. The role oversees all maintenance operations, coordinates staff and contractors, and ensures safety standards and responsive service to residents.

You will work with the Community Manager to maintain property quality and compliance, while managing budgets and inventories. Responsibilities include prioritizing work orders, conducting daily inspections, and upholding EPA/OSHA safety practices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for the community.
• Ensure repairs and replacements are completed for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities to identify hazards and reduce risk.
• Manage maintenance inventory and equipment within budget guidelines.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with the Community Manager.
• Respond to work orders and resident/management requests in a timely manner.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
