Ackermann Group is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Carson Farms, a 157-unit community in Delaware, Ohio. You will work with the Community Manager to oversee daily maintenance, ensure make-ready schedules, manage supplies and budget, and coordinate with contractors to keep the campus in top condition.

The role requires hands-on trade proficiency, strong communication, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience with supervisory responsibility
• EPA Type I & II Certification required
• CPO and CAMT certifications preferred
• Aquatherm system experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office products

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance for the community.
• Manage unit make-ready scheduling and budgets.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Ensure all amenities are market-ready and compliant with standards.
• Document maintenance activities and budgets using Ackermann technology.
• Assist in capital improvement planning and project execution.
