Job summary

Ackermann Group is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for the Altura Apartments in Cincinnati, OH. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage budgets and inventory, and coordinate with contractors to keep the property in excellent condition.

The role requires hands-on trade skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and painting, with after-hours availability for emergencies. Applicants should have EPA Type I & II and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• EPA Type I & II certification required or in hand; strong HVAC/plumbing knowledge.
• Experience with budget management and coordinating contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for Altura Apartments.
• Manage make-ready scheduling, supplies, inventory, and budget.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and capital improvement projects.
