Ackermann Group is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Carson Farms, a 157-unit community in Delaware, Ohio. You will work with the Community Manager to oversee daily maintenance, ensure make-ready schedules, manage supplies and budget, and coordinate with contractors to keep the campus in top condition.
The role requires hands-on trade proficiency, strong communication, and supervisory experience.

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join team at Carson Farms , a 157-unit community located in Delaware, Ohio. As a Maintenance Supervisor at Ackermann Group, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Community Manager to oversee all day-to-day needs of the community. The Maintenance Supervisor must possess adequate trade-related proficiency and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service as well as strong tactical and technical ability to effectively maintain the campus and all mechanical, and structural needs of the property. This role requires familiarity with a maintenance budget and sufficient financial and organizational acumen to effectively manage contractor services and parts inventory.
