Job summary

Ackermann Group is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Altura Apartments in Cincinnati, OH. You will oversee all day-to-day maintenance operations, manage the budget, coordinate with the Community Manager, and ensure a high level of service and safety across the property.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of related experience, supervisory background, EPA Type I & II certification, and strong communication. CMS/Outlook familiarity and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience with supervisory duties.
• EPA Type I and II certification required.
• Experience managing budgets and contractor services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee interior and exterior building and grounds maintenance.
• Ensure make-ready schedules meet expectations.
• Manage supplies, inventory, and the maintenance budget.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and capital improvement projects.
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance requests.
• Lead team meetings and supervise maintenance staff.
