Ackermann Group, based in the Midwest, seeks a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Altura Apartments in Cincinnati, OH. You will lead day-to-day maintenance, oversee staff, manage parts inventory and contractor services, and ensure all facilities are market-ready and well-maintained.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory maintenance experience, EPA Type I & II certification, and strong communication. On-site duties include after-hours on-call and collaboration with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedule preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise interior and exterior building and grounds maintenance activities.
• Ensure unit make-ready and market readiness; manage supplies and inventory; handle budget.
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance requests; ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance plans and capital improvement projects; leverage technology to document activities and budgets.
• Participate in hiring and coordinate with the Community Manager.
