Job summary

Ackermann Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a 157-unit Delaware, Ohio community. The role partners with the Community Manager to oversee daily maintenance, budget adherence, and vendor coordination while ensuring market-ready units and amenities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on maintenance with supervisory experience, EPA Type I/II certification, and strong organizational skills. A valid driver's license and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities
• EPA Type I and II certification required
• CPO/CAMT certifications preferred
• Aquatherm system experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office products
• High school diploma or equivalent and driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Oversee interior and exterior building and grounds maintenance
• Ensure unit make-ready and vacant market readiness
• Manage supplies, inventory and budget for maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors and report on maintenance budgets
• Lead preventive maintenance planning and safety compliance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and supervise team activities
