Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site maintenance technician for an upcoming property transition in Boise, Idaho. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and manage make-ready tasks to prepare units for leasing.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in property maintenance, tool proficiency, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; basic math and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and performs routine maintenance.
• Oversees the make-ready process for vacant units, schedules vendors, and inspects work.
• Maintains inventory and assists in budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
• Supports safety programs and ensures compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
• Demonstrates strong customer service to residents and colleagues.
