Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or related experience.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and databases.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs according to policies and safety standards.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units, schedule vendors, and ensure timely turnover.
• Set standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
