Job summary

Waypoint Management Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property maintenance team across our communities. You will ensure high service standards, supervise staff and vendors, and uphold safety and quality in all maintenance tasks.

You are a proven leader with strong hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs. This role requires a customer‑facing mindset, on‑call availability, and the ability to manage budgets while delivering reliable, move‑in ready homes for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of general service experience.
• EPA 608 certification types I and II required.
• CPO Certification required or must be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance service standards and property landscape operations.
• Manage maintenance budget for efficiency and productivity.
• Diagnose problems, repair/replace parts, test and propose solutions.
• Lead team with professionalism and accountability for results.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and review make-ready condition with contractors.
