Job summary

Apartment-Management-Consultants in Ogden, UT is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure timely upkeep and repair of our properties.

You will schedule daily tasks, supervise vendors, manage inventory, and enforce safety policies, while keeping residents and staff satisfied. The role requires HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and prepare vacants for occupancy.
• Supervise interviews and assist in hiring service, custodian, or grounds personnel.
• Train and onboard maintenance staff and vendors.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and proper inventory of supplies.
• Schedule and supervise vendor work and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Respond to service requests on an on-call basis and handle lock-outs.
