Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks.
• Assist with interviewing, screening, and training personnel.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Be responsible for the inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times.
• Handle lock-outs and service requests.
