Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants, LLC in West Valley City, UT is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of property buildings and grounds. You will perform daily repairs and prep vacant units while maintaining tools and inventory.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical, as well as handyman experience. On-call availability and adherence to safety policies are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge required.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience preferred.
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of the property and preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis and handle 24-hour service requests.
• Comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
