Job summary

The role requires 3-5 years in maintenance supervision, strong communication, and the ability to manage vendors. HVAC/EPA certification is preferred; a valid U.S. driver’s license is required. On-site work and occasional on-call duties apply.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in a maintenance supervisor position required.
• HVAC/EPA Certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Direct and assist staff or vendors in maintenance/repair tasks.
• Train team members on SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Manage materials, supplies, and capital projects.
• Participate in budgeting and monitor expenditures.
• Ensure inspections and safety with health guidelines.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, and carpentry duties as needed.
