Responsibilities

• Policy Adherence: complies with guidelines, demonstrates integrity, owns decisions, uses materials safely, upholds Cove values KNOW IT, OWN IT, SHOW IT.
• Communication: communicates clearly, collaborates with team, provides courteous customer service, follows instructions, flags low stock to supervisor.
• Service Execution: identifies and resolves problems, prioritizes work orders, handles maintenance tasks (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting), and ensures timely completion.
• Record keeping & procurement: maintains purchase records, evaluates vendor pricing, and orders supplies promptly.
• Facilities & scheduling: manages common area systems, elevators, sprinklers, door entry systems, and coordinates moves, inspections, and vendor scheduling.
• Team leadership & training: recruits, directs daily activities, provides hands-on training, and identifies external training opportunities.
• Vendor & budget management: evaluates vendors, reviews budgets vs. expenditures, ensures high-quality results.
• Operations & on-call: maintains shop, equipment, responds to work orders, and performs inclement weather duties.
