Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification required.

• Availability for on-call emergency response outside standard hours.
• Valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• Strong communication and professional image.
• Yardi software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to organizational guidelines, ethics, and safety.
• Communicates clearly with team and residents; supports courteous service.
• Responds to service requests (clogs, repairs, installations) promptly.
• Performs maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks.
• Assists with apartment renovations and turnover tasks.
• Maintains shop cleanliness and participates in on-call duties.
• Responds to work orders and inclement weather duties as required.
