Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager for The Landings in Bremerton, WA. You will assist the Maintenance Director in keeping the property safe, attractive, and well-maintained, with duties spanning preventive programs, inspections, and staffing.

You will supervise Maintenance Technicians, manage the maintenance budget, train staff, and prioritize work orders to hit response targets. A strong emphasis on safety and compliance runs throughout.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in building maintenance preferred.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience required.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• OSHA-10 Training required.
• Valid in-state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Maintenance Technicians, including hiring and performance management.
• Manage the property's maintenance budget and control expenses.
• Schedule, train, and evaluate maintenance staff to ensure compliance with training.
• Prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and make-ready of vacants.
• Prepare purchase orders and manage parts and supplies.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety practices.
