Job summary

• Manage the maintenance budget and control expenses within guidelines.
• Schedule, train, and evaluate staff; ensure training compliance.
• Prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Make-ready vacant units and perform regular property inspections.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure safety policy compliance.
