Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking a Service Manager for the Fremont, CA community. You will lead the maintenance team to ensure curb appeal, timely service, and quality workmanship across apartments and amenities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential property maintenance experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing a maintenance team.
• HVAC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the service team for high performance.
• Conduct daily meetings and coach the team.
• Organize training sessions with the Maintenance Training Manager.
• Collaborate with Community Director on personnel, operations, and budget.
• Foster a customer-focused culture of respect and efficiency.
• Manage service requests and prepare vacant apartments.
• Diagnose and repair building components (APIs, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Inspect apartments and ensure quality of work by contractors.
• Perform routine fire and life/safety inspections and unit inspections.
• Oversee grounds, common areas, and amenities for appearance and safety.
