Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of multi-family operational management experience
• Experience in training, budget development and managing expenses; bid and managing vendors
• Willingness to obtain required certifications within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision to maintenance team and vendors
• Manage routine and preventive maintenance and unit turns, schedule services
• Train maintenance staff to ensure safety and company policy compliance
• Oversee cleaning, painting, landscaping, and general repairs
• Prepare for REAC/HQS inspections and audits
• Participate in budget reviews and capital project management
• Maintain maintenance shop and inventory with safety mindset
• Available for weekend work and on-call emergencies
