Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for occupied buildings and common areas.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; ensure timely service requests.
• Inspect units before move-ins and after move-outs; coordinate repairs.
• Coordinate resident moves in/out and turnovers; manage security deposits distribution.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies (leaks, outages, fire alarms).
• Ensure compliance with housing codes, health regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and parts.
